Which applications are the DMaaS services intended for?
Individual applications. Connected applications, such as CRM systems with several linked databases, are excluded from the DMaaS offering described here. On-premises licensing is separate.
Who reviews the generated documentation?
Documentation is generated automatically and provided “as is”. We do not perform a business or editorial review of the generated documentation. AI can make mistakes or overlook relationships. Please review the results before using them.
Does a security analysis guarantee security?
No. Only the supplied application is examined. The Domino server, its configuration and the rest of the infrastructure are outside the scope of this analysis. A comprehensive security assessment of the entire environment is therefore not possible.
Do I have to complete every step or buy every package?
No. You can start where your needs are and select services individually. To deliver results effectively, we recommend tackling services that build on each other in a sensible order. We agree any prerequisites as needed: hardening, for example, builds on the findings and recommendations of a security analysis. Suitable existing analyses can be discussed as a basis.
How can I modernise a complex application?
We support complex or interconnected applications individually. Tell us about your use case so we can clarify dependencies, approach and scope together.
What happens to my data and my application?
The DMaaS offering is intended to process data in Germany. Hetzner is the intended hosting and processing provider. A data processing agreement is not yet in place. Specific locations, AI services and retention periods will be documented in binding terms before production deployment.
These details have not yet been finally confirmed in this development version. As a general rule, we do not process personal data. Please do not upload personal data. You are responsible for providing only permitted and necessary application data. Personal data uploaded contrary to this notice will not be processed by us; we exclude liability for this to the extent permitted by law.
